Technical Recruiter

Job Description
Global Commerce and Services, LLC is looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter.  This is an exciting, critical role where you will be providing recruitment and onboarding support to our Human Resource Department.   We’re looking for experience/exposure to recruiting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Key Responsibilities include:
•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
•Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards
•Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
•Screen candidates resumes and job applications
•Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Assist with Onboarding new employees
•Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
•Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong decision-making skills
•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
•Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
