GCS would like to congratulate Matthew Bourgeois who has been selected as the NSSC SP Employee of the Month. Please join me in congratulating Matthew for his accomplishments, which are summarized below.
A KEY FACTOR in Matthew’s selection by our Executive Management Team is that he has one of the highest initial resolution rates in ESD, while keeping his time-per-call under 9 minutes.
Matthew Bourgeois is a Customer Assistant in the Enterprise Service Desk. Matthew is focused and strives to provide outstanding customer service on each call received. This customer focus is evidenced by the multiple kudos received from Customer Satisfaction feedback. For example: “Matt provided excellent customer service, is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He worked the issue from top to bottom and I am up and running again. A pleasure speaking to him! Super friendly and did a great job staying on the phone with me during my many challenges.” Matthew has demonstrated on multiple occasions his commitment to providing unparalleled service to the customer by volunteering to stay after his scheduled departure time in order to assist with call volume. He has also volunteered to work holidays, overnight shifts, and agreed to come in on very short notice to cover absences when ESD Supervisors contact him. Additionally, he volunteered to change his shift to support coverage requirements in ESD. Matthew has recently been selected to resource pool with the HR PAP Team.
